You can place your order with the Centro de Artes Visuales Fundación Helga de Alvear shop quickly and easily. All orders are packaged and protected appropriately in order to be delivered in perfect condition. Shipment will be done by post and the product will be delivered between 4 and 5 days after the order leaves our stores. All orders received from Monday to Friday, before 2 pm, will be processed and packaged that day. All our products are available, although if there is any lack of stock at any time, we will maintain contact in order to keep you informed. Orders will be delivered during the morning.

transfer and PayPal. Bank transfer is a simple method and you can carry out such a payment easily through your bank. When you decide on this payment option, and once your order has been placed, you will see on the screen the information you need to carry out the bank transfer. Remember that you will need to put the order number as a reference in the payment details. Transfers usually take around 48 hours to go through. At the Fundación Helga de Alvear we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and so we will offer you the possibility to return your product if you are unsatisfied or if it arrives in less than perfect condition. If the product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, you can return it in its original packaging and the Fundación Helga de Alvear will pay the postage costs involved. It is essential that you tell us over the telephone the same day you receive the goods and note down the reasons on the transport company’s delivery note, and we will resend the product immediately with no charge to you. If the return is voluntary by the customer and the product is not defective and has not been unwrapped, you can still carry out the return, but the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The money will be returned as soon as the product has been received and it has been checked that it is in good condition. This right of waiver must be exercised within a maximum period of seven working days from reception and according to the official calendar of the place where the good has been delivered. In order to be able to exercise this right, it is essential that the product’s original packaging be preserved. The return of products that have been opened will not be permitted, except for those cases when it has been demonstrated that they are in poor condition.
Any order can be cancelled before it has left our premises. You have until 2 pm that same day to cancel the order. If the cancellation is done within the time limit specified, there will be no charge. If not, you will have to pay for the shipping costs.
